Bill Robinson is the Owner/President of PC Boulder.
Bill started working on computers in 1997 when he Co-Founded a successful Internet Service Provider in Steamboat Springs, Co. Bill helped grow the subscriber base to over 1500 clients in just 3 years. Bill then went to work as a Hardware Help desk Specialist for a large industrial construction company in Steamboat called TIC, then on to work for MediaNews Group – the owner of the Denver Post and over 60 other newspapers. Rates
Our hourly rate for basic desktop support is $100/hr.
Network, Data Backup and Server support is charged at $125/hr.
On-Site support requires a half hour minimum (this is free to new clients) and remote support requires only a fifteen minute minimum. All work is charged in fifteen minute increments.
