		<description>I had the same thing happen about 4 months ago.  They looked over my phone, couldn&#039;t determine the problem, but found a small crack in it and replaced it.  Applecare is the bomb.  They were also very cavalier at the genius bar in not encouraging, but explaining how easy it was to people to crack the phone to be able to use with other service providers.</description>
